Bending Xbox Series S HDMI cable for cable management

As you can see in picture I attached, I had to bend the HDMI cable for cable management. Is this ok? I mean the cable was more bent for obvious reasons in the packaging but I've increased the bend radius a bit to lessen the pressure. Is this going to harm the cable in the long run or have an impact on the performance?

Thanks everyone! I can rest assure now! 😅 I actually had them a bit tighter (the shape retained after I took them out of the box) but loosened a them a little to allow a more room between the monitor and console.

I've had cables like that for years with no issue.It's a cable,they're designed to bend after all.

I understand you have some concerns regarding your HDMI cable.

As you already mentioned, that position is very similar to how HDMI cables come in a console's original packaging, but its radius is not as tight; due to this and the fact that the cable hasn't been bent but "curled" into that position, it shouldn't experience performance issues in the long run.

As mentioned above, it should be fine...the cable is curled rather than bent...to be honest, cables are usually curled tighter than that when you open a new package.

Cables are surprisingly resilient....you ought to see the angles some of my cables are at inside my desktop PC!!

Can i connect the HDMI cable to the monitor with the original HDMI cable that u get from the xbox series s?
