    I think you can go through the automated RMA method online, but I would advise you to contact support directly and ask about the RMA process through (800)4MY-XBOX since yours is a special case. Make sure that they guaranteed that your request will be covered,
    before sending it in.The online request for reference is
    support.xbox.com/.../repair-process    , but again, I wouldn't go that method as it may cost you since you can't explain your situation. I would also say to go to connect.microsoft.com but it appears that they have closed the feedback for the beta and will
    not answer your request.

    I don't believe so, no as the refund process is an automated process. You will just have to wait for the refund to appear in your account then re-purchase it.

    I guess you could try contacting Xbox support to see if they can stop it
