    I got my Xbox 1 the last day in November I use my hotspot on my phone to set up the game and everything and it worked perfectly now all of a sudden when I try to connect it won’t let me anymore

    I only have my phone connection, yes. The mobile hotspot works fine and has no issues but I want

    to use the PDANet tethering method due to data constraints. I can connect with the PDANet method

    as described in the OP but can't play matchmaking. I need to know what is blocking this and how to

    Same here, I followed the support steps that eventually led me to do a factory reset which was a mistake, now I can't even start my xbox offline. I tried with wired and wireless connection and with a flashdrive with no luck. Some people seem to have success
    with updating by tethering a mobile hotspot, but unfortunately my cell phone provider has tethering locked.
