try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

I did not ive unplugged reser internet and all so its just something to do with microsoft i will check later on tonight give it a couple hours

 

Yeah me too the xbox app works just not on the console

 

Having the exact same problem and im sure its bot the xbox because i gavnt found anyway to fix it my self and alot of people are hvi g the exact same problem rn lmk if you guys find away to fix it

 

It's been like this for about an hour, I have been on hold for about 30 mins waiting to talk to someone.

 

I just gave up if you cant get it to work by doing internet trouble shoot and xbox reset usually theu know nothing else so ill just wait this one out

yo estaba jugando y después de aproximadamente 1 hora a 2 horas inteinte sesión iniciada pero no me deja me aparece el error y no me deja iniciar y hacer un rato buscando y no me pasa nada y la conexión de Internet esta muy bien pero
no me deja iniciar sesión ayudaaaaa por favor

 

Same thing happened to me. My one night with no work and I can’t even get on. I just want to play some GTA. I never thought I’d say this but, I might switch to PS4. This is just stupid and no professional company would let something like this happen. Shame.
