Belkin: Xbox Live Double NAT - Disconnection - PLEASE HELP!

You need to figure out if it is the new router giving the issues, or not. If not, you need to contact support because it could also be network settings in your console. Just 2 possible solutions...

That will be your issue then, two routers both using NAT = Double natting and the source of your problem. Do you need the Belkin for anything else? If not I would invest in a pair of homeplugs (to get around the wireless distance issue) and ditch the Belkin

Sky router --- Homeplug ------------------------------- Homeplug --- Xbox

Let's try to determine whether you are in a double NAT situation. Log in to the web interface of your Belkin router and look at the WAN IP reported there. If it is a private class IP (see explanation at http://whatismyipaddress.com/private-ip), then your
Belkin router is behind another NAT router.

Please ensure you are using the latest firmware on the Belkin, if you are already on the latest give this a go, some Belkin N's are a bit fiddly when it comes to Xbox Live:-
