    If your router security is set to only allow certain MAC addresses you will need to add your console's MAC address to your routers list of allowed addresses. You will find your consoles under advanced settings in your network settings. You will need to
    consults your routers owner's manual or ISP if it came from there for instructions on how to do that because each router is different.

    was having this same issue. Found this, hope it helps!

    1. Open web browser.
    2. Login to router by entering http://192.168.1.1into the address bar.
    3. If prompted for a username and password use admin/admin.
    4. Select Basic across the top.
    5. Select MAC Address Filter.
    6. Delete any addresses entered on this page.
