    Bejeweled 3 - error accessing leaderboard


    I play the Xbox 360 Bejeweled 3 (Lightning) on my Xbox One. I only recently encountered an issue where I cant see the leaderboard. The error shown is ERROR ACCESSING LEADERBOARD. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no success.

    Hmmm is there anything else I can try? I prefer not touching the DNS settings.

    Thanks Jamie. That didn't work. The error actually is ERROR LOADING LEADERBOARD.

    Please could you just try this and hopefully it fixes your issue.

    1. go to Settings

    2. Network

    3. Network Settings

    4.Advanced Network Settings.

    5. Thengo to DNS Servers and set it to Manual.

    Primary: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary: 8.8.4.4

    6. Please restart the Xbox after.
