    Please may I be unbanned my friend reported me as a joke but it went through and I now have many suspensions but the main one I think is unreasonable is the online game ban till the 17th of August.

    If you could, try a deferent device. Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the Microsoft account that received the enforcement action, and then select the orange box with the handshake icon.

    I've tried different browsers and it says this in an orange font "Notice of Enforcement Action" and under that it has the list. But it wont allow me to get of it.what do you suggest?

    Also does it make a difference if I am using a laptop.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Would you please try using a different browser. Also let us know if the section is grayed out or if you are facing any error messages when trying to submit the case review.
