Being told I need to purchase a game in order to play it but it has already been purchased

When i sign into my microsoft account on the web browser the game comes up which I got told from one of the support team means i do own the license to the game. I have also been charged for the game and the money has been taken from my account

If the game won´t show up in your purchase history you don´t own it. It has to show up as complete in your account. Check it in your browser first. If you made the purchase and it went though try to contact the support to take a look into it.

To make sure you own the game and did not run in to any issues with your payment instrument at the time it was attempted to be charged, head on over to account.microsoft.com to
ensure the game is marked as "Completed" in your order history. If not, you will need to purchase the game again because the initial purchase did not go through.

unfortunately if you don't own the game, you won't be able to play it, I had a similar problem but it was because my connection was very unstable and I couldn't connect
