I'm sorry to hear that and glad you already took the first step into getting this issue resolved. I would like to point out that is not wise to post your information (email and password) here since anyone can come and without making too much effort enter
and gather personal information which will jeopardize your personal information, account among other things.

As far as getting this issue resolved you mentioned you had a complaint number so I'm not sure if that is from a call you made or an email you submitted. Either way Microsoft has a request a call feature on the site if you don't wish to hold when you call.
You should be able to access it by visiting this page here. Click Billing & Memberships > Under Account Management click Account compromised or stolen > Request a Call.

I'm having the same problem -_______-. This kid threatened me by saying" I have a year left to live,and that I should spend it wisely, now he keeps messaging me that he will see me soon" I wish Xbox had a contact were I can write in details about my problem..
I've filed complaint and blocked communications, now I'm just waiting for results.

I actually did all that and he is sending message to my friends threating me. so im taking the next step and thats posting here. thats what the agent told me to do and thats what i am doing. he said that The Xbox LIve ENforcement Team will see this and contact
me from there.
