    Here's the story:

    I wanted to download a movie on my account but I couldn't because of parental controls. Being the idiot that I am, I removed myself from the family and I couldn't get back on my account unless I had a parent email.

    I inserted my dad's email account which did not work, so I deleted my profile and now I cannot redownload it.

    Hope fully you guys can help me.

    Like an idiot i Was fiddling around with the settings on ma Xbox one and i accidentally removed myself from both my family and Xbox any suggestions to what i can do to get it back FYI: I dont know the email aand the account name is ThirdDuckling35

    Family thing

    Hi guys i removed myself from the family setting thing so i didnt have to write in a password everytime i added a friend etc but now i cant go online because when i try it comes up with something to do with the family setting telling me to enter my parent
    or family email and password and things, but since i have removed myself from the family i now dont have a parent to let me online so i can only play offline which sucks @@@. So does anyone know how to put myself back connected with my other account which
    is known as the family or whatever.

    Thanks heaps anyone who can help.

    To remove yourself from a family group
    Using a web browser, sign in to family.microsoft.com.
    Click next to your name and select Leave family group.
    Select Remove to confirm.
