being scammed

I was scammed out of 4200 Microsoft points a while ago and I still have the code and I know the persons gamertag who scammed me along with some other information, what can I get done about this as I am very upset ?

I have contacted an ambassador and they have suggested I contact the Xbox Support. As the only way it seems I can contact support is with either Twitter or these forums, I have chosen foolishly to go both.

Not only do Australian gamers not get the Sales and Specials+ app AND the Indie app, we also get scammed? Is this a sick joke M$?

 

Did you got the points from a other user?

You are not allow to trade those on Xbox Live.

Sorry but if he scammed you because of this, no one can help you.

Next time better purchase your points at a store.

 

You NEVER EVER trust anyone on Xbox LIVE that offers you Microsoft points or Gold membership for a cheap price. Even if they tell you it's for 1$. It's your fault here so no one can do anything about it.

 

If it is a dashboard deal then trust it as that's direct from ms

Contact microsoft, and file a complaint against that guy. They might be able to help you.

Generally nothing can be done if you've entered in a deal with another user as this is not recommended

 

You shouldn't have tried to cheat. Justice served. Your points are gone. Think next time.

 

warning to parents and players. early yesterday afternoon a man who was being very nice and playing with my son befriend him. they played several time. last night this same man told my son he worked for xbox and need his ip address and our credit card
number or his account would be penalized. my son had his dad come in and the man continued with this story. my husband question him about his authority and who he was . the man became angry and started saying very disrespectful things about my son. He
was also accusing our son of cheating and using profanity. He also start calling our son names by using profanity. my husband blocked this man and we have been in touch with xbox support. they ask us to post what happened so it can be further investigated.
