    Had an issue with my original xbone where it wasnt reading discs particularly 360 discs. So i bought a x less than a year ago and go figure now it refuses to play 360 discs that i literally already have installed. Im past the point of beleiving that this
    is a coincidence given the rumors of the discless console and quite frankly im tired of being faced with having to rebuy things i own digitally and being ripped off. The quality of everything xbox one is actual trash. The controls dont function properly for
    more than a week before the bumpers fall off and the joysticks move on their own. The headsets your lucky if you get a day out of them before you either cant hear or cant be heard. The console is fine up until you try to use discs. This is the second disc
    tray that gone bad on me and this thing is less than a year old. So my question is this. When do you mircrosoft get one thing correct this console generation? Been loyal only for the purpose of my friends on here but with my new 500 dollar paperweight im deeply
    considering not buying your products anymore as im tired of spending money on tech that fails over and over. Im sure the system needs repairs but why its less than a year old and with a price like that i expected alot more than im seeing currently. Not buying
    anything xbox one anymore. Thumbs down microsoft.

    If there was an offer of a one month gold pass for $5.99 and you chose that but were charged $39.99 then you should contact support to see what they can do as this is a billing issue that only they can deal with. However, be aware that what you paid is
    a better deal as it equals out to just over $3 per month.

    Are these games that have been added to the backwards compatible group, if its an Xbox 360 game you are trying to use, then check to see if it has been revamped into a newer version on Xbox one, they have recently re-mastered a few of the games to Xbox one,
    leaving the Xbox 360 version behind on the older console. But if this is an Xbox one game and it isn't working, check the disc for damage...If its not that then try hard restarting the console by holding down the power button on the front panel until it turns
    off, then wait 10 seconds before turning it back on.... most of the time this works. If it doesn't work from there, you may have to re-download the game and its updates by uninstalling it and re-installing it.... If this doesn't work then I would suggest speaking
    to our Xbox support team, as they can deal with more complex issues...

    For issues with the Xbox reading your discs, try deleting your local saved cache and then power cycling your Xbox (hold the power button until the Xbox shuts off and unplug the power cord for a few minutes).
