Being Prompted to Buy a Game Again; Game Absent From Ready To Install List

So, I tried to boot up Halo: Reach; and was told that I needed a disc. Which, isn't true because I have the digital version of the game. Naturally, I decided to uninstall it and attempt to reinstall it. To my surprise, the game was not in my Ready
To Install list; so I assumed maybe it's just a small but\g with the new Preview Dashboard. I go straight to the marketplace, thinking I could download it there. And, low and behold, I can; but it is prompting me to purchase the game again.

The issue is, I can go in to my Purchase History here on Xbox.com and clearly see Halo: Reach under the Full Games list; so what's the deal? I have already power cycled my console; and that led to no change, same issue. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
And, if so, is there a solution? I would really like to attempt to play Halo: Reach again without having to get out my old 360.

Can you uninstall the game and install it again from under My Games & Apps and going to ready to install list?

 

Not being able to install a game from the ‘ready to install’ list

When I want to reinstall any game and I press start on that game and go down to install, it then doesn’t install - nothing happens - I just wait and see nothing come up. I have no idea how to solve this and i spent a lot of money on this game so please help.

This same issue has happened to me with Fallout:New Vegas. I am also in Preview.

I downloaded it today as it was made Backwards Compatible, but had trouble getting it to start. I then deleted it and all the DLC so I could redownload it.

It now no longer appears in my "Ready to install" section and going to the marketplace prompts me with a purchase.

 

Yup, I just installed the latest Preview Dashboard and have run into this problem with the 360 games I had installed. Whenever I try to launch one I'm asked if I own the game and prompted to visit the game's store page. On that page it appears that I haven't
bought the game in question.

None of the Backwards Compatible 360 games I own digitally are appearing in my "Ready to Install" list either. Here's hoping this issue doesn't take long to be resolved, I reported both problems.

Same here i posted a similar issue... was told by MS Chat to post this issue, should of came here and read these first. Hope they fix it soon

 

I was looking through My Games and Apps and saw that about 40 games were missing from my ready to install section. I looked up the original DOOM because I knew I didn't have it installed and it wanted me to buy it again. Then I tried starting up Halo Wars
and was told to put the disc in. Why can't the console just do things right for even one day? They will add features then remove them (i.e. there is no longer a coming soon section to the Xbox One store but they added a Game Preview section for the whopping
5 games that exist), and now backwards compatibility doesn't even work. I'm going to assume that it is a glitch but it is just getting frustrating.
