Being killed by other teamates in missions and then kicked XBOX LIVE

This is a clear abuse of the TOS of xbox live.

I've launched a random mission in this game, paired with two random people and the game starts.

From there they precede blow up my car so i can't get away and to team kill me by running me over.

After that they booted me from the game by both voting me out. From this I get bad sports penalties.

Please do something about this game abuse as rockstar is utterly useless.

these two shouldn't be permitted an xbox live account. I don't pay for this service just to have this happen and potentially be banned from rockstar for bad sport penalties.

The DUMBEST thing is this game.......

So who's bright idea was it that in Hardcore Modes being killed by a teamate does not count as a death BUT it ends your killstreak? Real smart geniust...

How to Report cheating?

Ya guess I'll have to block them too then. But no I am 100% sure this wasn't just a glitch of the kill cam, I have 3 kill cams like that recorded and every other time I got killed by other players looked perfectly normal. Not only that but one of those kill
cams had 2 of my teamates and myself get instashot/killed in the span of like 3 seconds. Anyways hopefully they get what's coming to them.

You don't get banned from rockstar, takes like 5 or 6 bad sports for you to be moved into the bad sport servers. Calm down and move on, just find another game and forget about it. Unless they made a threat against you or something like that they aren't
going to be banned from Live either.

why didn't you leave the game session after reporting them? when i come across players like that, i just quit the mission and/or find a new game session.

I play hardcore and use the CP. If my teamates kill me for my care package I will either:

A) Hurl all future care package markers to enemy territory as gifts, or

B) Do my best to have the teamate who killed me for my CP kicked for team killing. Pretty easy to do if you think about it. Shoot their claymore, BB or C4. Jump in front of them while they're shooting, etc.... or

C) On occasion I will step back and use BH to retrieve my CP while my teamates are trying to steal it. This is the least fun option so reserve this for times i'm playing with another friend or two (who don't steal my packages)

If I'm playing solo, the enemy usally gets the gift.
