being forced to rebuy music videos i already bought

I bought music videos throughout the 9 yrs i been on xbox. As well as tv shows and movies. i was just told because zune is gone i must use a credit card to buy a subscription for the songs i bought using microsoft points throughout the years. my tv shows
and movies are fine (for now) and i bought ALOT of shows from zune. so is it only a matter of time before i have to rebuy the 1000 plus tv episodes and movies again, im guessing (which is insane btw).

i just had 18004myxbox remove my credit cards because i refuse to repay for something i already bought. i spent around $100-$200 in microsoft points on my music videos (some videos were free).

i dont want the music videos anymore after what i just went through. i just want some of my money back for being shafted.

Windows 8 / Xbox Video streaming / download issue

I recently bought a Surface Tablet RT and the music app allows me to stream music, tv shows and movies from my Xbox Live account (purchased via Zune on my Xbox 360); however, I am NOT able to access my "music videos" as purchased via Zune on my Xbox 360.
The music videos are still playable on my Xbox 360 console. When I try to play my music videos on my Surface, I get an error message providing that the device cannot stream the music videos via the cloud. Exactly how can I add my music videos to my Surface
tablet? I find this frustrating, and it's a simple matter and nobody (Surface support, Microsoft store reps) has been able to give me a simple, or any useful, answer. This is definitely what separates the Surface from Apple mobile devices as anything I purchase
on Itunes is seamlessly accessible on all Apple mobile devices. Without real assistance in using my Surface for media/entertainment as advertised, I'll be forced to return it and rely back on my Apple devices.

so they can force you to rebuy things already bought? so this means they can force people to rebuy tv shows, movies and dlc eventually???? sounds pretty bad when ive been a loyal 9 yr member.

maybe its time to move onto the playstation if things like this are going to happen. its a shame to flush 9 yrs of fun gaming down the drain to something like this.

 

When you purchase any sort of digital content, not just from Microsoft, you're purchasing a license to use the content, not the content itself. So you're subject to any changes they may make that can affect that licensing.

 

so this can eventually happen to everything i own then (movies,tv shows, games, dlc)? so the $10k+ i spent on xbox360 can be taken away anytiime they feel like it?

so its time to change systems then since im going to get nowhere here. wow MS way to pull a fast one on me.

i called 18004myxbox and thats why i came here. they gave me no exceptable solutions and this was the answer i was given in a nutshell.

zune is gone and so are your music videos unless you buy a subscription to watch the videos you already bought (even though i can clearly see my songs (some missing like MJs thriller) in my collection)

now why do i have to buy a subscription to songs that i own and are on my harddrive? that is insane. the lady on the phone couldnt even find the songs i own and i was staring at bangarang feat sirah from skrillex in my storage that was paid for and dl'ed
in 7/12/2012. i also bought b.o.b from outkast that year along with others.

i just want a refund or a fraction of a refund and it truly seems like im going to get nowhere. which is a shame because i been on the xbox for 9yrs. it makes you think where customer loyalty get you.

the TOA should of said at the very top above all the legal paragraphs that they can strip away your right to view purchases whenever they want. i would have not even bothered purchasing the music videos. since this is happening to my music and they claim
zune is gone so "tough luck, thats the way it is", how much longer before my tv shows and movies are taken away or put behind a subscription paywall for things i bought (btw i have quite alot of purchased shows from zune too that work fine on xbox video, so
the whole "zune is gone answer" i was given is a invalid answer because my shows should be gone or locked behind a paywall).
