Being falsely reported for hacking

Hi, my rep has changed from Good Player to Needs Work back and fourth over the past few days.

I'm a Diamond Rank player (each season) and have a 1.9kd which if you play the game you'd think I'm an exceptional player. I'm not cocky, I don't send nasty messages to enemies either so there's no reason for them to report me.

The reason though apparently is that I'm a hacker? if you play the game you'd know there are drones and I saw 'Valkyrie' on her camera and then I Ash'd the wall, ran in and killed her. If that makes sense to the support team. Apparently droning is 'wall
hacks'.

I tried explaining to the guy calling me a cheat but he didn't understand because he's French. I also get reported just for killing an enemy nowadays just because of my Rank.

I don't think it's fair for my rep to change because players can't beat me. I drop shot with the Elite Controller and that annoys them, but it's an important tactic that saves your life sometimes but does it justify changing my reputation to bad?

My gamer tag was recently falsely reported for hacking, is there anyway I can get this ban lifted or removed?

For the record I am not part of the Microsoft staff nor a member of the
Enforcement Team. However, if you feel you are being falsely reported then maybe you are playing with the wrong group of people. This is
not to say you and/or them are doing any thing wrong. But, that some people just don't play well with each other. Yes, it is true that some people will use the reporting tools for
revenge (It's my understanding that the Enforcement Team will deal with them very harshly if they do). However, all of us can take steps to avoid playing online with the wrong people. First,
find and join an
Xbox Club that best fits the way you play and who you are. You can always watch members of a club on
Beam to see if they are going to be a good fit before joining them. Also, if you are having problems with someone, you can always

Block them. And, most importantly, just forget them and move on.... Last and not least, stop the
trash talking, either by text and/or party chat. This only serves to invite more problems.
