    Hi

    For 8 months i have been double charged for my xbox game pass for pc however ive only just noticed. I have requested a refund of £35.92 - however the reply from microsoft was an email stating they refunded me £7.99 and cancelled the subscription. I never
    asked for my sub to be cancelled, but unless i get a reply or the correct money back, then ill just leave it unsubbed.

    I see. It means that the other transactions didn't come from your own account. Maybe you have another accounts or email addresses you can check on https://account.microsoft.com website if those extra payments are coming from one of them? You could check or ask your family members if your payment method was linked to their accounts.

    In order to ask a refund, we should know which account it came from and should be visible on the order history. If you couldn't find the correct account, please directly contact your bank to report it and to dispute those charges.

    There are separate subscriptions for Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass. I would double check the promotion and make sure it was meant to be a PC code. If it was and you aren't able to redeem, it's possible a wrong subscription was sent - that's my guess
