Being double charged again...not happy

Since some games i have previously payed for have been added to gamepass my ownership has been revoked. Not all but a least 3 i have owned sinced before gamepass existed now say in the store

"You can play this with gamepass or buy to own"

When they used to say

"You own this game"

As i cannot specify the exact date of purchase i have been refused help by the microsoft support hotline and must seek community assistance.

I urge other players to check at their leisure if this case can be proven by carefully reviewing what is stated on the purchase page of the xbox one store app. Most people WILL KNOW select titles they have owned if they like them enough or have had them
ling enough

Anything you own will show as owned in the Xbox store or appear in your purchase history. The messages you're seeing mean the profile you're using doesn't own those games.

I forgot to specify that if you are going to, look for games that are currently on gamepass that you purchased before they where added.

Theres only one account on the console and its mine. This isnt the first time something like this has happened either

my Skyrim anniversary edition upgrade was double charged on the 13th when I bought it on the 11th and haven't go that back yet. ill contact my bank and see what i can do

Usually in such cases, the money is refunded back to the account within 24 - 48 hours
