    Hi,

    I'm missing the above steps on my rewards statement, even though I unlocked 6 achievements for the qualifying games on Jan 1st. Could you check this please?

    Missing reward credits.

    hello,

    I have had a look at my current pending balance of rewards points. I completed the robo rewards offer for November. On my statement it say's iv completed step 1,2 and 3. The step im missing is step 4, but on the offer its clearly stated that once the first
    3 steps are completed you get step 4 completed automaticaly because that is all that's required to unlock step 4 and complete it. Can someone please check this for me so that I can get the full 10,000 rewards credits like the offer stated. My statement only
    shows 8,000 credits.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Last week we found an issue with our data that caused the third step to not process correctly. We are currently in the process of resolving this issue, and you should see the offer complete shortly, with the achievement step
    completing first, and the full completion step completing after it processes the completion of all other steps of this offer.

    Since you registered as a British Rewards member, only purchases in that region's currency (GBP) is eligible for Rewards. Since your purchase of Firewatch was made with CHF, it was not eligible for Rewards, and did not complete the first part of the offer.
    Since you did not complete the first part of the offer, you cannot progress the achievement part of this offer.
