Being Doctor not recording actions done towards the reward.

On 1/3 and 1/4 bought 2 games towards the Being Doctor XBox Live reward. Those posted by the 6th.

Since then...

1/07 got 4-5 achievements in 1 of them and 7 in another.

1/22 bought $2 avatar items on list, and 1 more game in list to fill out the $30.

As of right now, nothing has posted since the the original posting.

What needs to be done to correct this?

Being Doctor rewards

Dear XBL Rewards team,

I have purchased one of the eligible titles (Firewatch) and have unlocked more than 5 achievements but it does not show up on the website. Other parts I have unlocked. That is a little strange. Could you please have a look into this?

Being Doctor rewards

Hello FlushedKeyboard,

Since you registered as a British Rewards member, only purchases in that region's currency (GBP) is eligible for Rewards. Since your purchase of Firewatch was made with CHF, it was not eligible for Rewards, and did not complete the first part of the offer.
Since you did not complete the first part of the offer, you cannot progress the achievement part of this offer.

Your two purchases earlier this month only made 14.99 in eligible purchases. Since the first offer has not been completed, achievements cannot be completed. Regarding your avatar purchase and game purchase on the 23rd, we do not currently have your purchase
information due to a data issue that has caused us to not receive purchases past January 22nd. We are currently in the process of resolving that issue. Once the issue is resolved, we should receive your purchases with the associated date, and Reward accordingly.

The monthly offers refers to our unique monthly offers that change each month. For instance, the Being Doctor Rewards offer last month and the You Compete Me offer this month. You only have to participate in and complete one aspect of the offer. For example,
avatars or games/movie purchases can be completed. Participating in FREEdom Rewards will not go towards this MyChallenge.
