Being Doctor final 2 items not triggered

On January 1 I purchased Torment: Tides of Numenera and Firewatch and an avatar item. I then got 7 achievements in Firewatch. I waited 4 days and then credits for the first 2 items (games & avatar item). I've waited 2 more weeks and still haven't seen
credits for the achievements.

On a side note, the thing I'd fix in the Rewards program is the 4-7 day delay between my actions and has getting rewards for it.

It woudn't trigger on it own. You need to go to Blackwater and find a guy that will trigger it. He should be located outside near the bank area. If a strager mission icon pop up on your map then that's it.

I completed the final mission, "The Last Enemy That Shall Be Destroyed," And the final stranger quest, "Remember my family." was to be triggered, but it didn't. Any advice?

Hello skulker00,

Since your purchase of Torment: Tides of Numenera was enough to complete the offer, it was the only purchase that went towards that offer. Since your achievements were in Firewatch, which did not go towards the Dr Rewards offer, you did not complete the
achievement credit portion of that offer.

Since you registered as a British Rewards member, only purchases in that region's currency (GBP) is eligible for Rewards. Since your purchase of Firewatch was made with CHF, it was not eligible for Rewards, and did not complete the first part of the offer.
Since you did not complete the first part of the offer, you cannot progress the achievement part of this offer.

If I recall correctly you need to do a quest for the Doctor first, as she is being blackmailed, before the financial incentive is there. Even then though you're not going to be getting huge amounts of cash.

You get credits from kills, opening crates, selling items and surveying minerals when on a planets surface.
