being communication banned because of someone elses sexiist remarks

hi im angry that i have a 2 week communication ban because of alinswarm sexist remarks about men being weak playing a game where my friend hit her because she was in his way and i asked why she was upset that was why he said sorry and then i get never cared
much what people deem of me i know my morale im female i honestly dont care males are weak good for you how is that justice ok i said some bad things i have bipolar and
Schizophrenia and traces of autism i know the things i said are not ok but i believe we are all equal but im the only one being punished he said sorry thats the end of it and then i get messages like that which i did report

I've had my communications banned because of someone else and I don't know how long for please help

 

BANNED BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE?

Me and my brother were playing a game on black ops 2 and this guy was modding and he gave us all the stuff and he wouldnt let us leave the game. everytime we press the start button it wouldnt pull up the leave game. And he is the one who got banned his gamer
tag is (Tsc Auto). The guy that was modding was called (XeX KoRuPTeDv65) This was on xbox 360 My account has not got banned yet im hoping it doesnt but will you plz help us with this. We did not do any thing wrong

 

You will never know whether or not the other person was suspended also that information is not given to the person that made the report.

It does not matter who starts the conversation if you violated the code of conduct then you will be suspended.

If eligible you can sign in at enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review where the enforcement team will reinvestigate the case and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner or not.
