Being charged £10.99 to my phone with no record on my account for what it is for

I have two MS accounts and I have checked both and neither have anything related to a subscription. There must be someone in Billing that can assist with cases like this.

Do you happen to have an Xbox console in your household? You can check your accounts from there where the charge may have originated and once you have the details of the account, you can then manage it by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services.

"On the Home screen, look in the upper-left corner. You should see your Gamertag, name, and the email that's used to sign in rotating there.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & passkey.

3. Under Show on Home, you'll see the email or phone number you use to sign in."

If you don't have an Xbox console, on your PC or Laptop, you can check your account from there as well. You just need to check all Microsoft accounts that you own where you may have subscribed before.

How about with your family member's account? Were you able to ask them to check their account?

I am talking to them now but they are not sure they can stop the charge from happening.
