    i have been charged $10 4 times in the last month for my Xbox live account I need my money back how do I do this and if a disconnect my Xbox completely will that take away my subscription thinking of going back to PlayStation after this just keeps being
    to many problems revolving around money with Xbox and the fact there is no one to call gets on my nerves does anyone have an answer for me or is this just a lost of $30

    I am having trouble with my Microsoft Solitaire account on the:

    21-04-16 I paid for 1 year Premium

    22-04-17 I paid for 1 year Premium. NEXT PAYMENT SHOULD BE DUE 23-04-18 BUT I PAID FOR A MONTH ON

    27-02-18, IN THAT CASE MY NEXT PAYMENT SHOULD ME ON 23-05-18.

    IT WILL NOT LET ME ACCESS TO PAY MORE, IT SAYS I ALREADY OWN IT

    IF YOU LOOK ON MY ACCOUNT YOU WILL SEE THE PROBLEM

    If you've followed all the steps here (support.xbox.com/.../billing-and-memberships-solution) to cancel the automatic payment with no luck,
    then it's best to contact phone support in your region so they can assist. They will be able to look into your account and keep your personal information private.
