    i want to sue microsoft for billing me for a game pass on a account they wont let me have accesses to. is there anyone else who lost a account due to forgetting passwords yet finding the pw and still not being let into the account yet still being billed for the game pass on said account. Microsoft say go to bank yet they have been billing me for the last year and a half without any way for me to use the game pass.

    no account info was established because you have thieves and unethical employees who only push your companies bad practices and won't offer up clear information like name a issue number to relook up the last call. the person i talked to was a very good representative of your company values. rude and absolute a person with no ethics or values. you should all be ashamed of yourselves for exploiting a kids platform and if your reading this and want to share company info that proves my point you can send it to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** i will make sure it falls under whistleblower laws and you can stop this bad practice and maybe be able to sleep at night or keep being a slave to thieves

    you are all criminal thieves and its worse you are trying to steal from kids i have contacted my congressman about this practice and working with a attorney to get a class action lawsuits going. you guys closed my account i have the right info and right pw provided it to yguy you are using this to steal from people due to you seeing as a oversite i will not stop the charges as suggest by my legal counsel. you should be ashamed of yourself and i hope they fire you and steal from your kids. this email will be evidence in court with your name on it. thieves all that work for microsoft. have some respect for yourself.

    i would say do your job and cancel my charger but i believe stealing from your customers is your job and you will keep doing it and when Microsoft get caught you will move to another unethicality company. you cant tell me this practice is not making millions for you guys i bet my game pass was canceled the min you guys blocked me from my account and are still charging me. se you in court.

    That code usually means your account has been locked from making purchases. You will have to call support and talk to billing to have it sorted out.
