    I recently tried to purchase silver on destiny 2 i got a strange error and the screen flashed and i was put back a page on the store. I first thought it was all good so i checked in game for the silver to find it was missing. I then looked on my banking app to see i had been charged by Microsoft. I continued troubleshooting and found my xbox game pass subscription was due so i payed that thinking it was the problem but nope it didnt help, i then checked online on my phone at my order history to find my order was missing. So far ive come to the conclusion i have been billed for the item and the purchase is in my pending transactions but im yet still missing the item and any kind of order history or proof of purchase and im still missing the money. Is there anything I can do? Ive contacted both xbox support and bungie support on twitter but i have heard back yet.

    The only thing I can think of is that because of your account being compromised, it may be locked from making purchases. If that's the case, you'll need to call support and talk to billing to have them help you unlock it.

    Alright, the best thing I could personally find for you was this page:

    You'll need to select "Contact Us" under the "Still Need Help?" section, select subscriptions and billing, then I need help purchasing content, next, then skip the DLC part, unless what you're wanting to purchase is the Gears of War 5: Hivebusters DLC, where
    that specific selection is having issues at the moment by the looks of things.

    Hi Squadman5,

    If your account is in arrears due to not cancelling auto-renew on an existing subscription like Gold, GamePass or Ultimate it will be due to there being no valid payment card and you would accrue a debt that needs to be cleared.

    Have you signed into your account and Checked your
    Check your Xbox purchase history
    ? If everything appears to be fine on your account, you may need to get in touch with Xbox Support.
