U Xbox people are not reliable at all us fellow Xbox gamers we cant just sit there an take abuse after abuse then say nothing back it is an instinct to tell them to [mod removed] or something an all u Microsoft "people" are all like "oh it dosnt matter
who started it who ever said last word gets banned" an its so stupid thats exactly like saying say for instance someone gets brutally murdered an a random person that had nothing to do with it stumbles across the body an police see them there an lock him up
for life when really he had nothing to do with it an the police didn't give him a reason to talk cause it looked obvious that he did it but really didn't that is pretty much what u Microsoftinans are doing to us loyal players that dont cause grief but use
are just jumping to conclusions an banning people unfairly i really think use should update ur code of conduct trems cause use are only gonna lose to sony with the dumb ways u Microsoft people have setup ur "justice system"

You have to abide by the code of conduct, you can file an appeal. Some of these players will deliberately try to get you to respond so they can report you. So you cannot fall for that. Just because they do something wrong does not make it ok for you to
do this as well. And you can still report him as well. Just never respond to these people with something that will get you suspended. If you want to use analogies, you are driving down the road and someone speeds by you at 90 mph so you decide he can do
it so can you. But you get pulled over and get the ticket. Just because someone else is doing something wrong does not give you the ability to do the same.

We cannot help you in the forums, you must go the the enforcement page and file an appeal

Using any illegitimate mod will likely result in being banned.

To many suspensions will result in a permanent ban.

If someone sends you an offensive message,file a complaint & then delete it.

If you don't respond with another offensive message then you won't run the risk of being banned.

If you responded to a toxic person and broke the terms of service then unfortunately a ban is what happens, in the future don't engage with toxic players, just mute and block them, and if they are being extremely toxic don't forget to report them, just
