    Being able to remove unwanted Achievements and reducing Gamer score


    Causal Gamers and Achievement Hunter’s. I feel that since we are starting to have more and more causal gamers mixed with gamers who chase achievements we should have a option within our console to remove past games that weren’t what we expected, so why not have an option to remove achievements with the price of losing a part of gamer score. How does it look having games only showing 1-12% or 20-45% completed. Yes there’s a hide feature but that’s mainly for 0% or demos to be removed. I feel we should have a vote on this feature added to our consoles so that we can remove what we don’t want others to see/or showing in our gaming area (Achievements)

    Is it possible to get my Gamerscore reduced?

    Hi Anonymous,

    I don't think its possible for the score to be reduced for no reason. There have been cases where the enforcement team have found someone modding or cheating to get the gamerscore achievement, and that will quite often cause the score to be removed and would
    require being re-done properly to get the score back.

    Yes, the gamer score reset includes:

    A reset to 0G

    Gamerzone: Cheater (able to be seen by everyone on Xbox.com)

    Not being able to earn achievements for any previously earned games

    I turned on my xbox today after not playing for a few days and my gamerscore has been reduced by about 20,000 G. Also achievements I’ve already got are popping up but not actually adding to my overall score. Anyone else having this problem?
    Yep it happened to me i was at 15900 gamerscore and now im at 1095
