    I have been saving up this year for an Xbox, but before I buy one, I was wondering if I can have a single account on there at 16 years old, or I would have to have a parent on there and be part of a family.

    You would buy the games from the website using the account you want to use when you get your console. Once you sign into the console, the games should show in your Games and Apps section as Ready to Install and you can download them there.
