Beexcellent Headset Mic Not Working

Discus and support Beexcellent Headset Mic Not Working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Got a new Beexcellent GM-2 headset for my Xbox One and while I can hear audio out of the green plug there's no pickup for the Mic out of the pink one....     Beexcellent Headset Mic Not Working


    Got a new Beexcellent GM-2 headset for my Xbox One and while I can hear audio out of the green plug there's no pickup for the Mic out of the pink one. I've been troubleshooting it, updated the Firmware, used the connector for both
    plugs, just one plug, nothing seems to work. I don't have an adapter so not sure if that's the issue but it didn't seem to be with my old headset. Thoughts? Suggestions?

    Thank you everyone.

    I have done a hard reset and the problem is still there.

    I also tried our neighbours controller and it seem to work with theirs - bizarre! Do you still think the Headset adaptor may work? My feelings is to try it as why would 2 controllers stop working one after the other!

    The headset is the Beexcellent GM-1 Gaming Headset 3.5mm. It works fine on our other computers (even the mic).

    Beexcellent Gaming Headset, the same headset I was using when the option was there before, and (at the time) I was using the same controller when I noticed the option to adjust the party and game volumes was gone.

    Edit - I looked at the wrong box and put a different headset than what it actually was.

    Sorry for the later reply ive been on vacation. Have you attempted to use a different controller/headset. It could be the headset or the port on your controller is faulty
