Been Waiting For Preview Program (48 Hours Already)

2 days ago i was over at my friends house and the has the beta program and i took my system as well and i have waited 48 hours and no response at all no message from xbox on my xbox one why is this i need 2 know but not by the xbox ambassadors they
are all wrong. My GAMERTAG:



i talked to xbox support and they sent me over here to talk to people that made xbox preview about this matter and they documented this in my profile.

Preview program forums

So I got invited to Xbox Preview, but my console hasn't been registered. Is everyone guaranteed to get registered in general?? It has been 48 hours since I got the preview and am waiting for regrestration.

 

Preview program enrollpending for over 48 hours

2 days ago I received a service message from Xbox, inviting me to the preview program. I almost immediately registered and started waiting. It's been definitely over 48 hours and I'm still in the enrollpending status. I checked the FAQ and it said it would
take at most 48 hours. Why is it taking as long as it is and what should I do?

The Xbox ambassadors are not "all wrong". If you are having problems with the preview program, you will need to post in the preview forums.

Okay, thanks for checking. You will now need to wait for a support staff member to manually grant you access to those forums.

 

Not sure. The support staff have to go through a lot of threads, so you'll have to wait until your thread is checked up on.

 

I cant access the preview forums either :-(
