  1. Been waiting for advanced return on Kinect since October!


    Been having issues with my kinect since day one. Finally after several months of dealing with turning on and off on it's own decided to chat with a tech online. Got an advanced return authorized and charged to my credit card. This was back in October.
    Still haven't received it. After two more online chats and two phone calls nobody can tell me what's going on ??? The techs say they will email me or call me back but non ever do. Also gave my advanced return order number but that is no good. So aggravating.
    Don't know what else to do ???

    Thoughts On Awakened? Spoilers...

    Was hoping for suits, been wanting the Advanced Suit to return since it was in the early demos but no biggie.

    I've been a fan of The Walking Dead since about October or November, so while I'm waiting for the show to return next month, I thought I might play a good old fashioned zombie game. Any thoughts on this one?

    Hey there, fried skrimps! I'm sorry to see the situation you're in! If your card has been charged already, we definitely want to look into that. Do you happen to have the reference number from any of the contacts that you have done? The one from the original
    advanced exchange would be best, but any will do.

    If you do, please send it to me in private message. You can do that by clicking on the envelope at the bottom of my post.

    If not, please contact phone or chat support again and ask for that number, and a reference number from the conversation you have from them then. Send those to me in a private message.

    From there, we will be able to determine what our next steps are. Been waiting for advanced return on Kinect since October! :)

    Purchasing an xbox one. Is now the right time?

    We own 2 x1's. The first is with kinect and was purchased the second week it came out. Never had the sound issue. The second is the Madden bundle without kinect. That had the sound problem, but the October update fixed it. Never had to return anything,
    both work fine.
