Been unfairly banned 4 times

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team will not give specifics. It doesn't matter if you're just talking to friends, if you say anything that violates the code of conduct you can receive a suspension.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable however, you can however find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live
Gamertag.

noone can help there is no appeal of 24hour suspensions

If you broke the rules like cursing at another player which does warrant a 24hour suspensions please note that isnt allowed

From Turn 10, Oct. 15, 2011: "We are investigating claims from a select group of Forza 4 players who believe they have been unfairly banned from Xbox LIVE. We take piracy issues very seriously and will be investigating this matter case by case. If we find
accounts that have been banned in error, we will reinstate them."

This is unfortunate but the forums cannot do anything to assist, seeing how you've already tried to have your case reviewed all you can do now is wait it out.
