Been trying to get my old profile back for months

I had been trying to get my old profile back for ages so I went through a long list of things with An agent and was suppose to hear back in 72 hours I have had nothing now soon doing so everytime I try and request a call from Xbox support it keeps telling it can’t be processed and this has been the case for months I just need my profile back I have spent thousands on that over the terms of years decades I had Xbox from the original then as we went on to the 360 I had day release on that and further now I can’t even access my profile because I don’t have access to the email that was attached to it please help me

For cases of LOSS OF ACCESS, the only solution is through the account recovery form which is the following: https://account.live.com/acsr

You must keep in mind that this is the only alternative or solution to recover an account, support cannot help with this type of case because they are not authorized, leaving the form as an option, if you cannot fill out the form for X or Y Reason then unfortunately the account cannot be recovered.

is the email adress for the account still valid?

I had the same problem a few years back but turned out my email account had been suspended by the provider because I had't used it for ages...

Well then you didn't provide them enough information to prove it is your account. There is nothing any of us can do to help you if you don't know enough information to recover your account.
