    unable to access xbox live

    Try waiting a half hour or so. Sometimes there are outages that just pop up and come back on.

    first i get the stupid virtual agent

    and then i wait for half an hour and the circle keeps spinning

    Xbox One game install problems

    I had a similar issue. Mine was really slow at downloading up until 13%, followed on from that it then popped up saying 'Forza 5 Ready to Play" so It's really slow at start, but then kind of speeds up after half hour or so. But when it is 'ready to play'
    at a low %, I am pretty sure as you play the game you are required to install additional things (as it hasn't been completely installed). That's only a possibility, and from my own experience, not a fact or anything lol. But it kind of makes sense :)
