    Good luck lol. I had the support team actually pushing my issue up higher on my 2nd ban as enforcement team had me banned for 4 days since they dont work weekends and couldnt provide me the reason i got banned so unbanned me. I demanded compisation but
    sadly got nothing. Thought about ditching xbox and moving to ps4

    I know my appeals might not change anything but I will copy my correspondence to WHICH magazine and Ofcom so they are aware of this ridiculous situation. I'll let you know how I get on.

    Phone/chat support have no connection with enforcement. The enforcement site is the only place to contact them as stated above.

    Sounds like more "bully boy tactics" from Microsoft. They are happy to peddle games that include swearing and violence and then exhibit double standards in treating minor offences with a loss of service. Don't bother contacting the"ambassadors"
    as they are company apologists. Complain to the company HQ directly as I had to recently.
