Been reported and banned for no reason at all

i think its hugely unfair that you can be banned at the drop of a hat for replying to a toxic player by being nothing but polite. Mass reported by his friends cos i killed him in a gme now my account is suspended for two weekshow is this fair ? And in
order to complete application to get unbanned you have to answer ten questions about microsoft which i have no clue about so i cant even get into theapplication review becuase it fails me everytime and says wait 24 hours. Thanks for the ban for no reason at
all xbox appreciate it

Reports for no reason

I keep being reported all year for no reason at all, I’m being targeted and harassed constantly, yet I don’t join party’s or message or retaliate but I’m always being banned. Every month this year I have been banned for no reason!

 

Guess who I ran into yesterday?

So let me get this right.

1. You continued to curse a player for no reason over xbox live.

2. You falsly reported his gamertag for no reason at all.

and you think HE will get banned ? Well, seeya lol

 

the enforcement team reviews every report so if you've been banned there was a reason.keep trying the case review.

Sounds like more "bully boy tactics" from Microsoft. They are happy to peddle games that include swearing and violence and then exhibit double standards in treating minor offences with a loss of service. Don't bother contacting the"ambassadors"
as they are company apologists. Complain to the company HQ directly as I had to recently.

 

Xbox Live is rated E for eveyone. Games with swearing and violence are for mature gamers and carry the relevant countries age restrictions.

Ambassadors are fellow gamers who are here to help others, we are not employees and all we can do on suspensions is pass on advice. At the end of the day, break the rules, get reported, you will be punished.

Complain all you want, it will not change the rules of Xbox Live.

I am sorry that you have been brainwashed. Perhaps when you are an adult paying for the service your consciousness may awaken and your will start to question.

 

Oooooo.... perhaps I'll get a ban for expressing an opinion as a paying customer!

 

Actually not true its guilty until proven innocent how do i know... oh cause i asked enforcement in an email and the support team

 

Thay would negate any reason for a case review. I was told in an email from enforcement and on phone by support its an automated system that uses guilty until proven innocent

 

..and how can you prove your innocence if you don't see the evidence against you? And what if the other player misbehaves, how do we know action will be taken against them?

 

Microsoft should really revise their banning policy, this is unacceptable, I'm not saying they should stop banning people with negative behavior, but they should study the case carefully, everyday we're getting similar posts to this.

 

Case review is actually once per case if they leave the option open.. i was able to get my last one overturned but not the one before it
