Been permanent suspended for no reason when I was not online

Last week I was playing at a hotel that night and the next day when I hooked up my console I logged into a permanent suspension.. and still waiting for a email back for verification

Permanent bans can be appealed if eligible. Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so can not "escalate" anything enforcement related.

I do know what I’m being suspended for but the problem is that I wasent even online in the process when it happened..

thank you so much for the help, I've contacted them and been informed its only a 7 day ban and that it'll be fixed by the 22nd at the latest
