    Hi,so the issue is that I haven’t been on Xbox for like month and half and I randomly went on Xbox 2 days ago and it says I’ve been perm banned on that day so I was confused.i went to check if I could see what’s gone of…turns out I’ve had lots of activity of someone trying to get into my account.I don’t get why I’ve been perm ban when I haven’t been in my account.i’m so upset as I feel like this person has got into my account and got my account ban for life.please fix this issue as I haven’t been on my account for me to get perm ban.I'm so stressed with all the money I spent and just want my account back as I had nothing to do with this.I would want my account back as I’m confused on what’s happened and why this has happened to me!Even though I haven’t been on Xbox,please fix this issue and allow me to get my account back as I’m fumming on what’s happened to me when I didn’t do anything. My Xbox user is Itz Rihanna3

    Sorry to hear this has happened. Do you think your account has been compromised or someone you know has been on your Xbox?

    You can check what the reason was by using the link here https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

    You may also be eligible for a case review where you can explain what has happened and they may overturn it.

    yeah he is looking at a perm ban for modding a score after it has been reset. I am looking forward to his "I was banned forever for NO REASON!" thread in the near future.

    No one else signs in when I click to go in the enforcement it says no details at this time and I cannot submit a appeal or case review I have 0 strikes I have been wrongfully banned and I cannot get in contact with anybody to see what’s going on
