been over 96+ hours and still have not got the Trove reward

I played over 2 1/2 hours on the monday of the release as well as subsequent days until thursday and still have not gotten the button that allows me to claim the free dragon coins, I know it says it can take up to 96 hours but that has passed since then
and i'm worried that it has not registered play time.

They take a long time to give me rewards credits

It's been over 96 hours and I still have not received my reward rewards pandemic credits, what happens?

Trove over 96 hours and no rewards button

I played for the amount of time required to unlock the reward but it's been over 96 hours and it hasn't shown the reward button. I fear that it may not have recorded my time playing as it still tells me to download it even though i have it downloaded.

Please note that the 96 hour period for processing can mean the full 96 hours for some cases; therefore your activity on Monday should be recognized by tonight, as mentioned in our FAQ:

When and how will I receive my Reward?

Once you've completed a 30-minute segment of playtime in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

Since the program is tied to your account, it will recognize any activity you do. After about 96 hours you should be able to click on the Trove offer on the rewards site and it will take you to any rewards you have earned.
