Been having trouble for a while now

So this is my first time posting. I have been having issues for quite a while now and at this point I don't know what to do. A little history...

I have an Xbox One s 2tb. Around October it started turning off and refusing to come back on. I would follow the trouble shooting steps and it would go back to normal. Finally the xbox quit completely and I had it in for repair. The device was returned
to me completely erased with no explanation of What was wrong with it. So I had to go over my monthly data 're downloading some games but I was happy. A couple of weeks later the device died again. My warranty was almost up so I asked about the exchange program.

When I talked to the operator he assured me I would be getting a new console which is why they were authorizing over $400 on my card. Not to mention $15 just for shipping. When I set up for the exchange my card was charged more than the $400 and the $15!
When I got the console it was clearly used. I plugged it in and it didn't work. Turns out the cord was the issue. So I ordered a new cord and waited.

When the cord arrived I had to once again go over my monthly data to download a few games. 2 weeks later and I receive an email from Xbox saying they were going to charge my card because they had not received my old xbox in the mail. I was furious. I had
to spend hours talking to agents before they did an investigation and finally found my xbox in one of there warehouses.

Then less than a month after having the "new" console it died again. I have never had any issues with this outlet playing consoles or anything dying. Through all of this I played my xbox about 6 times total but I was still paying for Xbox live and coming
out of money with my cable company for going over data. I contacted support and they told me to do troubleshooting. I did it didn't help. After contacting someone again and waiting days for a reply I was asked for a good time to spend 3 hours working on my
console. I responded and never heard back. I waited a week then asked if anyone would contact me nothing. So I contacted another support agent and still have heard nothing back. Its been weeks since I have been trying to get this issue fixed again and I haven't
been able to even turn the console on. I don't know what to do at this point...

I have been having trouble for a couple of week not getting an achievement I’ve been doing for a while what do I have to do ?

 

connects to internet but not to xbox live

my xbox has been having trouble connecting to the internet for about 3 weeks now and once in a while it will randomly let me sign in to live. i have tried every solution on the website and have not been receiving any error codes.
