Unfortunately, no-one here can help you in overturning a ban. The only way to do it would be to appeal to enforcement.

That being said, in order to get the ban overturned either you or the enforcement team would have to have or find evidence that your account has been hacked. The best thing to do is to change your password associated with your account to ensure the "hacker"
can't continue to have access. Change your password, log out of all devices and then log back in with the new password.

And it's messages with insults and other things like this

It does suck but unless either you or the enforcement team can find evidence that it wasn't you sending those messages, the ban will stand. It's why it's important not to give out any information while playing online that could be used to mess with your
account.
