Been Getting Charged Ea_Play since 2019 despite I cancelled it.

I understand you need help on your charges for EA play.

You already went to your account and check the subscription from there, correct?

If the subscription is already cancelled on that account, then it is possible that this is coming from a different account since Xbox will not charge you for any renewal if the subscription has already been cancelled.

I would already suggest having this blocked from your bank for any future charges that will be coming from that account you do not know where the subscription was activated.

I have the same problem but it’s been doing this to me since 2019 and I pay it then cancel it but it doesn’t cancel and keeps charging me every single month and I’m just done with it I just I don’t know what to do

Since you did a split payment, you wouldn't have been charged until within 10 days of purchase. So you shouldn't have been charged yet and wouldn't get a refund if you cancelled.

I have never purchased the xbox music pass but have been being charged for it. I canceled the auto renewal but would like a refund for what I was charged since I never have used it and just realized that I have been charged for it.

Yeah, we know about stacking. But, since the payment is still in pending, we don't have a confirmation that A) payment has been processed and B) don't have a new date when the subscription will end. For now, all we have is 3/25/2019 as the date our Xbox
Live subscription will run out. So we're worried that if we enter our code now, it will stack from 3/25/2019 to 6/25/2019. And those 25$ charged will disappear or something. Because, among other things, under our Subscriptions we now have Xbox Live without
a date when the subscription ends, a warning to turn on recurring billing, a notice 'Your Xbox Live Gold subscription expires in less than a week' and Xbox Live Gold billing history which indicates that we've been charged 24.99$ on 3/25/2019.
We also have an option to cancel Xbox Live and redeem a code. So, it's confusing since both payment and our status is in some sort of digital limbo. Ha! Anyway, where and how to contact refund support team? Thank you.
