    Been Charged for Rock Band 4 Add On that I cannot download


    I tried to purchase "Hunger Strike" for Rock Band 4 but I received an error message, so I left it to try again later.

    I then received an e-mail stating that I had purchased the add-on and I was being charged for it, but when I go to the item on the Marketplace it is saying that I need to pay for it again. How can I get either a refund or the ability to download the add-on?

    Rock Band 4: Rock Band 3 Export unavailable

    I am not receiving credit for having exported rock band 2 to rock band 3, and therefore cannot upload the songs to rock band 4.

    Charged for 52 songs rock band 4 i already own

    I downloaded 52 i already own in Rock band 4, they are legacy songs, i own export packs for rock band 1, rock band 2, rock band 3, lego rock band and green day rock band, plus extra songs and songs packs. the songs appeared as downloaded and free in the
    store, but i was charged anyway.

    Microsoft support in Chile don't understand how Rock licenses works and refuse to return my money, its more than 100 USD in local money for songs i already own.

    im looking for someone in Xbox USA Support that understand how Rock Band Licenses work and can help me, i have been a loyal xbox consumer since 2008 and i have never had problem before.

    Ready to Install infinite loading on Rock Band 4

    I just purchased Rock Band 4 Rivals bundle on Xbox One, ran into the same problem, and have had lengthy conversations with Xbox and Harmonix support.

    For anyone googling this/considering buying the game, I would assume at this point that the instructions posted here are no longer supported for Xbox One: https://harmonix.zendesk.com/hc/en-...export-other-Rock-Band-titles-to-Rock-Band-4-

    I don't believe that "My games & apps" - "Rock Band 4" - "Manage game & add-ons" - "Ready to Install" works anymore at all for the Xbox 360 content. Does anyone still have anything listed there?

    Harmonix's response so far has been to ask if I could look up a track in the in-game store. It shows as "Purchased" in the game. So you would have to manually find and download and install each track individually, since the "Rock Band 2 Export Pack",
    "Green Day Export Pack", "LEGO Rock Band Export Pack", "Rock Band Song Export Key" etc are not available.

    Rock Band 4 DLC export - some recently bought DLC on Xbox 360 Rock Band 3 is not showing as purchased on Xbox One.

    Same issue here. Some songs showed up in Rock Band 4, others did not. They show up in the Xbox Store, and I can download them through the store, but they do not show up in the Rock Band store. Only available as purchase.

    The Xbox store shows that I have bought them (search, addons for Rock Band on Xbox One), the Xbox store allows me to install them, Rock Band 4 doesn't recognize them.
