Been charged for Microfsoft Ultimate 2 months in a row now.

Hi Luke, I’m having a similar problem. I purchased the Ultimate Game Pass a month ago for $1 the first month and $15 each month after. So just after a week of the original subscription (my son got a new gaming console) so I have been trying to cancel the subscription wirhvXBOX although I’ve searched everywhere (under my sons, and my account) and both say there are ‘no subscriptions’.

But how could there be no subscriptions But they are still taking money out of my credit card?

When I go to the support pages they keep telling me to login and go to subscriptions and cancel the subscription, but how can I do that if there are no subscriptions.

I did manage to find a number for Microsoft and they called me within 2 minutes and straight after I finished explaining everything to her the phone line just cut out. Then the page said “call me back is now closed. “

And the worst part is I’ve been looking online off and on and can’t find one number to call Xbox on. It’s just ridiculous, their customer service. I need to find a number for a gaming ombudsman or something because this is just such bad customer service, or should I say no customer service???

No microsoft subscriptions ever, but unauthorised monthly charges to my credit card account for $15.95au MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE 1 MONT MSBILL.INFO AU. Credit card has now been replaced three (3) times, but the bank (the biggest bank in aus) assures me that this time the charges will stop. In my case, I don't believe it was actually Microsoft charging my card. It has now been 2 months since the last unauthorised charge hit my account.

The 18 dollar charge sounds like you upgraded to ultimate if monthly

But that would've been after your upgraded time

When adding ultimate it upgrades your time at 3:2 ratio so8 months for every year of gold plus the 1 month of ultimate for 9 months of ultimate

So, just to be super clear, since I have 2 years of gold active right now, I can buy only a single month of ultimate (a single one time payment of $14.99) and that single $14.99 payment will upgrade the entire 24 months to ultimate? Or will I be charged $14.99 every month for those 2 years?
