Been banned for someone else being on my account and sending violent messages around !

i don't really think it's fair the way you have banned me, I haven't even been on my account I have been on holiday for the past week and recently got back just over a hour ago and come back to email saying that I've been banned ive never done anything like
this in my gaming history so why would I do it now ? I am friendly and happy to communicate with others in a polite and happy manner please unban since this wasn't my and I will change my account details so no one will be able to get onto my account and this
won't happen again please ?

Please help me - Being harassed on XBL

Someone is constantly sending me threatening messages and hitting me offline. He's sent me my own ip address to me in a message to try and scare me, I have valid proof that he's been threatening to get my account banned and I keep getting hit offline. Is there anything I can do about this if I can show someone the messages that he's sending to me? I have no problem giving an employee my information for them to see the proof themselves.

Was Communication Banned due to a troll trying to get a reaction out of me.

I was just received a communication ban due to someone being aggressive towards me by team killing me then sending me messages to get me angry which they succeeded. Why have I been banned when someone was sending me messages with the intent of getting a
reaction is stupid. That's harassment and I reported him for it and nothing else happened would please like a response.

Keep in mind that you are responsible for your account at all times. So even if you weren't the one using it, you are responsible for what happens if someone else is using it. That's also why it's against the code of conduct to let anyone else use your account.

It wasn't even me who caused the COM ban my little brother played on my account and messaged someone being toxic to him, so I have to wait a whole week for one tiny message I didn't even send yeah that's great

It doesn't matter whether it was you or your brother...your account is your responsibility and you are held accountable for anything that happens on your account. This is why no-one should ever let anyone else use their account

As others have said, you don't get console banned for killing people in games, if that was the case everyone who played CoD would get console banned.

You get console banned for breaking the terms of usage that you or your son agreed to when you bought the console.

Perhaps have a word with your son and ask him if he has been sending messages to other players, if so perhaps look at them (they are all stored on your console and on Microsofts servers) if he has been send offensive messages then this can get an account
banned, but shouldn't get a console ban.

Something else that can get an account ban is team killing, if your son was killing players on his own team then again that's not tolerated, even if someone else was doing it (know the saying two wrong don't make a right?)
