been a part of this since 2015, still waiting

I've been a part of the rewards program for nearly 2 years and still have ZERO credits rewarded to me and with over a 40k gamerscore and over 30 full digital games and 10 season passes worth of content, i imagine i should have received at least $1 by now
but instead i feel like tiny tim asking for more soup because my bowl is dry

I have been having this issue since 1/10/2015 and its still not resolved.

 

How do i obtain a credit for my unused Project Spark tokens?

I had redeemed the disc based tokens at launch, never used them and have been waiting to be reimbursed for them since fall 2015.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
