    Hi all first off all thankyou for all the replies to my previous post.

    Update still no further forward I have sent numerous emails and every day sensing recovery forms I still have no joy

    Since starting this I have compiled a list of purchases for this account went back 3 years to get dates I paid for live

    Problem is I can't get to speak to some one as I may be fulling out recovery form wrong although both me and my wife has tried .

    So there we have it I still have £100s pounds worth of games and an active live account somewhere.

    I really am now at a loss I think I have done all I can but 8f only I could speak to some one I'm sure this could be resolved

    I will keep trying if anyone out there has any ideas please let me know

    Many thanks just off the phone somehow managed to get through. The guy a got walked me through the process and from what he could see I filled it all in correctly but it still came back rejected. He has forwarded it to another department who will call me tomorrow as apparently they will be able to see more info as I said I can produce dates going back 3 years of purchases on the account I hope he is correct
