Becoming depressed...

Ok so, after a day of research i bought an xbox one friday. I havent had alot of time to play with it but, it came with the 2 assassin's creeds and I bought halo. None of them were downloading until I restarted the xbox. Well... 20 minutes later I got halo
- great. But where's my assassins creeds? No idea. I talked to some peoplenand they suggested to uninstall the digital use one time code games. Which I'm obviously not going to do. Someone else told me to leave it on a good network for a while and it'll download
slowly. Ok, I did that from 1pm-5:30pm still 0%... I cancelled it and started over, then went to work. It's now 3am, I check it and I dont even think it has a chance of 0%, it keeps switching from downloading to queued. I looked up whatever THIS is on Google
and followed what they said to do so I can finally play my games but it didnt work. Im becoming depressed, I mean, before at least I had halo to play--not anymore. Halo wants an update and that wont download either so I have nothing to play. Its a nice waste
of $500 dont you think?

Yes I checked, no updates for the xbox.

Its 2 downloadable games

 

do you see them in download history if you do. delete the game and cach and redownload the games from download history

 

I cant find my download history..

I uninstalled them and tried to redownload, Halo is the only one that went through. I had to turn off the internet on it because thats the only way it works. when the Internet is on it keeps wanting to update halo but the update never goes through, so its
the only way I can play.
